At least bring common sense to the table
Fully Functional Conscience Needed

If there was a time for politics, it was before the first American soldier lost his or her life. We had many years of negotiations and talks before that fateful occurrence and they all amounted to naught … zippo … zilch! Once we were committed, the time for talking was over. Any further discussions at that point should only be over the surrender particulars of this despicable enemy of the whole human race. We didn’t wantonly jump into this war. There was OVERWHELMING support by a vast majority of the American people, the Congress and the rest of the world, with the obvious exceptions … the other dictatorial regimes that blight this Earth.

Enter now the liberalities and the drive by media. Since the assassination of President Kennedy in the early 60’s, the Liberals have progressively developed a pacifistic and condescending attitude that worsened throughout the Viet Nam era and, well has developed into the hate filled entity of today’s Democrat Party. I am NOT talking policy here … I am talking about attitude! The partisanship in America today is overwhelming to say the least, but I have never seen such openly venomous unfounded hatred as exists on a majority of the Liberal blogs and amongst the Democrat leadership itself. This disparaging attitude has been picked up by the drive by media to further degrade American policy and in particular … anything BUSH! At what point did the truth become transparent and the expediencies of the Democrat party superseded those of The United States of America?

Have you ever wondered why the Liberal elites supported going to war in the first place? Do you think they suffered a momentary lapse from their insanity and temporarily gained a conscience? Hardly! They had no options but to pretend support BECAUSE OF POPULAR OPINION following the events of 911. The 23 day war was a complete success and it would have been business as usual had we been in a position to pull out then … but by the end of the first month, when it became obvious that an immediate cessation of hostilities wasn’t in the cards, the political hate machine called the Democrat party went into full swing and the poisoning of the American will began and of course was aided by the full fledged support of the drive by media.

Have you ever wondered why the Liberals are so opposed to this war … any war, no matter what the provocation? It is NOT because they are ignorant or unwilling to at selected times defend themselves. It is like dueling, they will sometimes react but only as an afterthought to some grievous contravention. In other words, you nuke us and we will respond, if negotiations fail to produce an out for us … maybe. The simple truth is a matter of finances. They cannot tolerate any kind of reasonable sized military because the $$$ cost to maintain one will drastically detract from their socialist bribe funds and of course their own coffers.

Regardless of why we went there, or who perceived who to tell whatever misinformation to whoever would listen, we are there now and we are committed and the lives of as many as a millions Iraqis hang in the balance. That is like 5% of their population and that equates to around 15 Million Americans. How about adding that to your conscience you phony Liberal humanitarians. Even at this ridiculously late date, all could still be won if the shackles were removed from our troops and the full weight of America, her people and her government, were positively applied to ending the war. But I guess it is just too hard for the Democrat leadership and their hateful minions to admit they were wrong … that the war could be won (and should have years ago). Just think of the unnecessary loss of life, Americans, our Allies and the Iraqi, that has taken place and of those yet to come because of the actions of these self-serving humanitarian impersonators. I know I couldn’t sleep at night without nightmares … but then again, I actually have a fully functional conscience and am minimally self-serving.
